Creative Marketing Executive

PitStop are looking for a Creative Marketing Executive to lead our marketing campaigns and actively promote the new and established services we offer. The ideal person will be someone who can do this in unique and creative ways.

If you have the skill set and creative flair to come up with fresh, new and exciting ideas that help more people discover what we do, we really want to hear from you.

The ability to write and produce engaging marketing content is a must, alongside a naturally organised approach to managing our marketing materials and database.

You will create, organise and bring ideas to life, work closely with Leadership and the wider team to develop marketing campaigns, and content that help people remember who we are, and create opportunities for meaningful conversations.

A love of video games is helpful; however, what we're really looking for is someone who can tell compelling stories about our services and showcase what we're capable of.

Experience in marketing is not essential. Creativity, enthusiasm, and flair are key, along with the ability to organise and deliver a wide range of marketing activities. You'll work closely with Leadership and the wider team, giving you the chance to learn about every part of the business, understand what makes PitStop who we are, and contribute ideas that make a real impact.

So, if you think you have the skills, creativity, and desire to be part of an already successful team, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, coordinating and delivering creative marketing campaigns that promote PitStop's services, increase awareness, and help create new opportunities.
  • Creating engaging content across a wide range of media, including copywriting and videos, for our social media and website.
  • Developing and suggesting fresh, creative ideas that showcase our work in unique and engaging ways.
  • Maintaining and expanding the company's marketing assets, databases, pitch materials and promotional resources, ensuring information is organised and ready to support campaigns, events and outreach activity.
  • Supporting Leadership and Business Development with marketing outreach that keeps PitStop visible, encourages meaningful conversations to help build long-term industry relationships.
  • Identifying opportunities to get the right people in the right conversations at the right time.
  • Coordinating conference attendance, engagement opportunities, and pre-event marketing activity to increase our visibility within the industry.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure our marketing reflects the quality of our work and creative capabilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
