Hello Klean | London HQ | Beauty Solutions for Your Water

Hello Klean is a London-based beauty brand solving hard water problems. We've sold 1M+ units and grown 700% over two years, entirely bootstrapped. Featured on BBC Dragons' Den (2023), now backed by water filtration giant BRITA Group and expanding internationally.

Hello Klean is looking for a London-based (hybrid) Creative Operations Executive who loves bringing structure to creative teams and making ambitious ideas happen.

We're a small team that moves quickly. We launch products, create campaigns, host events and expand into new markets, often all at the same time. We're looking for the person who holds it all together.

About the Role

You'll sit at the centre of our Brand team, working alongside Design, Video Production, Performance, Ecommerce, Retail and International Marketing. Think of yourself as the glue: you'll make sure everyone knows what's coming next, has what they need, and isn't blocked waiting on someone else.

You'll report directly to our co-founders and work day-to-day alongside our Design, Brand and Production teams. You'll own the launch calendar, plan what every shoot needs to deliver before the cameras roll, and make sure one production works harder across paid, ecommerce, email, retail, PR and international markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We expect you to be a straight talker. We value fast and clear communication over corporate jargon, and dancing around a topic is simply ineffective. You'll be someone people trust with a budget and a deadline: calm, dependable, and the first to spot a problem before it becomes a deadline issue.

What You'll Do

  • Own our launch calendar across product launches, campaigns and key brand moments.
  • Coordinate international launch timing across markets, sequencing rollouts so no single team or production is overloaded at once, and making sure translations and localised assets are ready where needed.
  • Plan creative deliverables before every production, making sure each shoot captures the right mix of brand, organic and commercial assets, planned to work across paid, ecommerce, email, retail, PR and international markets from a single shoot.
  • Coordinate freelancers and external partners for productions, events and activations.
  • Track campaign and production budgets, including invoice reconciliation and forecasting resource needs.
  • Work closely with Design on everything from packaging to activations to paid creative.
  • Make sure Ecommerce and other teams have the assets they need, in the right formats, ahead of when they need them.
  • Keep projects moving and spot problems early, before they become deadline issues.

Who You Are

  • 3–4 years in Creative Operations, Creative Production, Marketing or Project Management, ideally at a fast-moving brand, agency or startup.
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple concurrent creative projects, from brief to delivery.
  • Experience managing budgets and external suppliers/freelancers directly, not just tracking someone else's.
  • A straight talker: fast, clear communication over corporate jargon.
  • Calm and dependable: someone people trust with a budget and a deadline.
  • You understand the difference between brand and commercial creative, and know what belongs where.
  • You naturally think about how one piece of work can work harder across multiple channels.
  • International by nature: you enjoy working across cultures, and ideally speak more than one language.

What We Offer

  • A vibrant and supportive team environment.
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Competitive salary and performance bonuses.
  • A hybrid working arrangement from our London HQ.
  • Private Health Insurance.
  • Work from anywhere policy, up to one month per year.
