Job Description
We're looking for a Creative Operations Manager to join us on a 12 months fixed term basis, in a hands-on, high-impact role. As Creative Operations Manager, you'll be the engine room of our in-house studio, keeping projects flowing, creative time protected, and supporting and equipping the team to do their best work.
Alongside your operational remit, you'll bring real production expertise to the studio. That means getting stuck in on shoots from scoping locations and handling the paperwork, to standing on set and making things happen with a camera crew. You'll be as comfortable in a production meeting as you are in a risk assessment.
Responsibilities
Studio Operations & Workflow
- Own the day-to-day operations of the in-house creative studio, keeping projects on track, teams unblocked, and teams inspired.
- Build and maintain clear workflow processes from brief intake and resource allocation through to final delivery.
- Manage and prioritise the creative team's workload, protecting creative focus time and preventing bottlenecks.
- Maintain the studio's project management tools (Monday.com), keeping everything accurate and up to date.
- Build automations and AI agents to help with studio processes, brief reviews, and workflow efficiency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
