3m contract

London, UK (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)

Studio operations & workflow

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the in-house creative studio, keeping projects on track and teams unblocked and teams inspired
  • Build and maintain clear workflow processes, from brief intake and resource allocation through to final delivery
  • Manage and prioritise the creative team’s workload, protecting creative focus time and preventing bottleneck build-up
  • Maintain the studio’s project management tools (Monday.com), keeping everything accurate and up to date
  • Proactively flag capacity issues, risks, or timeline conflicts before they become problems
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage expectations, gather briefs, and communicate delivery schedules
  • Build AI agents to help with studio processes of brief reviewing and making workflows more efficient

  • Line-manage and support a small creative team fostering a positive and productive studio culture
  • Run regular team check-ins, planning sessions, and creative reviews
  • Identify training needs, development opportunities, and ways to stretch the team’s capabilities
  • Be a calm, organised presence who helps the team navigate competing demands without sacrificing quality

Production & shoot coordination

  • Lead the planning and execution of small-to-medium productions, typically 1–2 camera crews
  • Scout and secure shoot locations, assessing suitability for the brief, logistical practicality, and crew safety
  • Manage all pre-production paperwork: location agreements, call sheets, release forms, equipment manifests, and production schedules
  • Own all Health & Safety obligations for shoots, including risk assessments, method statements, and briefing crew on site-specific hazards
  • Coordinate talent, crew, equipment hire and logistics, ensuring everything arrives in the right place at the right time
  • Be present on set to support the production and troubleshoot as needed, keeping shoots running to schedule and budget
  • Manage post-production handoffs, ensuring footage and assets are properly organised, archived, and accessible
