Req ID: 10150192
Job Description:
About the Role & Team
Disney+ brings audiences closer to the stories they love, connecting fans across the world with iconic brands including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic. As part of our Direct-to-Consumer business, you'll help support the delivery of compelling campaigns that engage audiences across EMEA while collaborating with talented teams around the globe.
Disney+ is looking for a highly organised and collaborative Creative Operations Supervisor to join our EMEA Marketing team in London. Reporting to the Creative Operations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering creative marketing campaigns across the region, partnering with local market teams, regional stakeholders, and global colleagues to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the heart of Disney+ marketing operations, helping to bring world-class campaigns to audiences across EMEA. You will oversee project workflows, coordinate approvals, streamline processes, and support teams across multiple territories, ensuring creative work moves seamlessly from brief through to delivery.
This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.
You'll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration, and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.
What You Will Do
As Creative Operations Supervisor, you will help drive the successful delivery of creative marketing campaigns across Disney+ EMEA by:
- Managing campaign workflows, timelines, and project priorities to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
- Partnering closely with the Creative Ops Manager and wider Marketing team across a broad range of campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinating creative approval processes across regional and local EMEA markets, working with creative, marketing, compliance, and US stakeholders.
- Monitoring and tracking approvals, ensuring assets are routed to the appropriate reviewers and approvers.
- Reviewing marketing and creative briefs to ensure all required information is clear, accurate, and complete.
- Ensuring creative teams have the content, assets, and information required to execute campaigns successfully.
- Performing quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure technical specifications and standards are met.
- Collating and managing campaign information from multiple stakeholders, including marketing, compliance, and creative teams.
- Acting as a key point of communication between brief owners, creatives, and approvers.
- Maintaining project plans, operational tools, handbooks, and processes to support efficient delivery.
- Identifying opportunities to optimise workflows, drive efficiencies, and continuously improve ways of working.
- Attending campaign briefings and project meetings, providing clear status updates to stakeholders across EMEA and the US.
- Supporting a collaborative, solutions-focused team environment while helping to manage multiple concurrent projects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
