Overview

We are hiring a Creative Partner to lead how brands earn attention through culture, content, and partnerships—a senior creative leadership role at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and media. In this position, you’ll:

  • Shape ideas that transcend platforms, publishers, and communities.
  • Bring creative thinking upstream, influencing brand and business discussions earlier, bolder, and more meaningfully.
  • Influence a role with real impact and scale.

This is ideal for you if you’re driven by content’s ability to build brands over time.


What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and lead integrated creative strategies that convert:

  • Brand ambitions
  • Audience insights
  • Cultural signals into compelling content platforms.

✅ Shape and guide ideas from early concepts and narratives to final presentation and activation. ✅ Partner closely with media owners, platforms, publishers, and creators to generate innovative, partnership-driven campaigns. ✅ Elevate media partnerships into long-term brand-building platforms (not one-off activations). ✅ Serve as a senior creative influencer in client conversations, articulating visions with clarity and confidence. ✅ Collaborate across strategy, partnerships, influencer, creative, and production teams to deliver ambitious yet feasible ideas. ✅ Inspire teams and clients to rethink the role of content, culture, and platforms in driving sustained brand impact.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • Senior experience in:
    • Content strategy
    • Creative leadership
    • Partnership-led creativity
  • Exceptional storytelling & narrative skills to bridge insight with bold, scalable, platform-ready ideas.
  • Cultural versatility: Navigate media, creators, entertainment, social, and emerging formats with ease.
  • Experience with media owners/platforms: Develop ideas that move seamlessly across ecosystems.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • A balance of creative vision and commercial pragmatism, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for mentoring talent and raising creative standards.
