Job Title: Creative Strategist @ High-Growth Curated Commerce Brand
Location: London (2 days in-office)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 DOE
A fast-growing curated commerce brand is looking for a Creative Strategist to own paid social creative and drive growth for a newly launched proposition within the business.
The business connects a large, engaged global community with premium, accessibly priced products through a small number of trusted collaborators. Having launched just months ago, they've built strong early momentum through organic channels, and are now ready to build a scalable, testing-led paid engine to match.
This is a hybrid role sitting between performance and creative, and between strategy and hands-on delivery. You'll own paid social end-to-end, build a structured creative testing framework, and work closely with an in-house creative team and external partners to bring campaigns to life.
If you love blending data-driven thinking with strong creative instincts, and want genuine ownership in shaping a brand-new proposition from the ground up, this is a brilliant opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own paid social creative strategy end-to-end (primarily Meta, with appetite to explore TikTok)
- Build and run a structured creative testing framework across concepts, hooks, formats, and variants
- Use performance data (CAC, spend distribution, creative insights) to inform what gets tested next
- Brief in-house creative teams and oversee simple content production where needed
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery for regular product launches, coordinating timelines and assets
- Think creatively about how external partner channels can be activated to support growth
- Produce simple assets yourself where it's quicker to do so than brief out
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape strategy for a brand-new proposition

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
