Job Title: Creative Performance Strategist @ Science-Led Consumer Health Brand

Location: London (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

A fast-growing, science-led consumer health brand is looking for a Creative Performance Strategist to drive paid social creative that converts, blending sharp performance thinking with strong creative instincts.

The business has built a loyal, engaged community and a strong organic presence, and is now investing further in paid acquisition to fuel its next stage of growth. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a purpose-driven brand at a genuinely exciting point in its journey.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance. You'll be hands-on with creative testing, using data and audience insight to shape hooks, angles, and concepts that drive real results, not just creative for creative's sake.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own paid social creative strategy across Meta and TikTok, from concept through to scaled performance
  • Build and run structured creative testing frameworks (A/B testing, iteration, scaling winners)
  • Translate performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS, hook rate) into sharper creative direction
  • Lead creative development end-to-end: concepting, scripting, briefing, iterating
  • Partner closely with growth, design, and wider marketing teams to align creative output with performance goals
  • Stay close to platform trends and competitor activity to keep creative fresh and effective

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
