Creative Producer

Creative Producer – UK’s Most Entertaining Wine Channel

Join Tom Gilbey, a wine visionary with over 30 years of experience, as we build the UK’s leading creator-led media brand in wine—bold, entertaining, and truly engaging. No pretentious vineyard aesthetics here. We’re making wine fun, unexpected, and impossible to look away from.

We’re looking for a Creative Producer—part creative partner, part producer, part problem solver—to develop and execute large-scale, high-impact content. Your work will shape the brand’s future, turning bold ideas into reality—whether it’s a supermarket taste challenge, a nationwide filming project, or a noticeable stunt born from a coffee-shop conversation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Creative Development

  • Generate original content ideas and content series that captivate audiences.
  • Develop out-of-the-box stunt concepts and high-impact storytelling.
  • Research trends, opportunities, and audience behaviour to keep content fresh.
  • Help refine video packaging (titles, thumbnails, pacing) for maximum engagement.
  • Collaborate on scripting, branding, and creative direction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
