The Role
This is a role for someone who lives at the intersection of creative thinking and hands-on production. You'll work closely with the Creative Lead, Producers, and Design team to develop and deliver standout brand experiences from the first spark of an idea through to flawless live execution.
You'll help shape creative concepts, source and produce every detail, and make sure every experience is delivered to the highest possible standard, the kind of work that earns attention organically and translates effortlessly into memorable real-world moments and scroll-stopping content.
Creative Production
- You'll work with the Creative Lead to develop and deliver concepts from pitch through to live execution, building moodboards, pitch decks, storyboards, and design briefs that bring ideas to life clearly and persuasively.
- You'll brief and manage designers, freelancers, and creative suppliers to keep every asset true to the vision, and champion fresh thinking that pushes toward genuinely industry-first, social-first moments.

Production & Delivery
- Working alongside the Producers, you'll ensure every creative element lands on time, on budget, and to standard, sourcing furniture, styling, merchandise, print, installations, and other event elements, and building strong relationships with suppliers along the way.
- You'll obtain quotes, manage approvals, and coordinate timelines and logistics, while attending client meetings, site visits, and planning sessions to keep creative ideas grounded in what's actually achievable.
Live Events
- On-site, you'll oversee the installation and styling of creative elements, support live delivery, manage suppliers, and troubleshoot in real time, making sure every detail reflects the original creative vision, right down to the wire.
- You'll also keep an organised library of creative assets, suppliers, materials, and production learnings, so every project builds on the last.
About You
We're looking for someone who's already thriving in an agency environment and understands the pace, ambition, and craft that goes into producing genuinely great creative work.

- 3–5 years' experience in creative production in an experiential marketing, events, or similar agency setting
- Proven experience delivering creative projects from concept through to execution
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- A strong eye for design, styling, and visual storytelling
- Confidence managing suppliers, freelancers, and creative partners
- Comfortable balancing creative ambition with budgets, timelines, and production realities
- Strong communicator, equally at home collaborating across Creative, Production, Design, and Client Services
- Experience using PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides - Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
- A genuine passion for social culture, design, influencer marketing, and experiential, with an instinct for ideas people actually want to share
