About Fussy

Hey good smelling! We’re Fussy…about everything in our mission to banish single-use plastic from your bathroom. After five years of exceptional growth, we’re looking for a superstar Creative Producer to join our Creative team, reporting into our Head of Creative. You’ll build and run the machine that enables us to deliver great brand and performance content at scale - on time, on brief and to the highest standard. You’ll run the studio, the schedule, the shoots and the traffic flow, building the processes we need from the ground up as the team grows.

This is an exciting opportunity to join scale-up through a significant period of growth. 💪🌍

What You’ll Do 💼

  • Own the end to end production of photo and video shoots, from pre-production logistics to post production delivery
  • Build and maintain a production schedule to accommodate the needs of Brand and Growth teams
  • Manage all shoot logistics: talent, locations, props, equipment and shot lists
  • Oversee production to ensure shoots run on time and in budget
  • Manage any usage rights for talent and creators
  • Design and manage the creative traffic process, routing briefs, tracking asset status and managing any bottlenecks
  • Create processes to ensure smooth flow of assets between functions from brief to approval
  • Set up and maintain file management systems and Digital Asset Management
  • Ensure all assets meet brand and technical spec before delivery, including for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other channels as needed
  • Source, brief and manage freelance resource as required
  • Design and document SOPs for repeatable production workflows

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who You Are

Great comes in lots of different forms, and we’re really open to seeing candidates from a range of backgrounds. Given the nature of this role and what we’ll ask of you, we do believe that the following skills are needed to be able to deliver to a high standard:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years in a production, studio management or creative operations role
  • Proven experience managing high volume content output in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong shoot production experience across photo and video
  • Solid understanding of paid social asset requirements ideally across Meta, TikTok and Youtube
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Notion, Asana, Monday.com, Air or similar)
  • Experience managing freelancers and suppliers
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A process-builder mindset - you like to create structure where not much exists
  • A clear, confident communicator, comfortable with liaising with a range of stakeholders

Bonus Points, But These Are Not a Deal-breaker

  • Experience in a high growth DTC brand
  • Familiar with UGC production pipelines and creator management
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics and creative testing frameworks

This isn’t the right role for you if…

  • You’d rather a purely creative role to a production role - while you’ll be working at the heart of a creative team and your output will be brilliant creative assets, your particular magic is in making sh*t happen rather than dreaming up the ideas
  • You don’t like working in fast-paced and changeable environments (this is start-up life, after all)
