Henderson Design Group
Henderson Design Group is the UK’s leading wallpaper designer, manufacturer and online retailer, based in Hartlepool. Across our three distinct home decor brands, I Love Wallpaper, Lust Home and Lucie Annabel, we design, print, sell and dispatch wallcoverings from our North East operation. We are ambitious, fast-moving and continually evolving, with long-term plans to grow our brands, expand our reach and strengthen the way we connect with customers across every digital touchpoint.
The opportunity
This is a great opportunity for a creative producer who wants to own content production across three growing home decor brands. You will sit at the heart of our creative team, working closely with our Creative Director, Photographer and designers to bring shoots and campaigns to life. You will see the content you plan and produce go live across our brands, and you will free up our creative specialists to do their best work by taking ownership of the planning, logistics and styling that make great content happen. The role would suit someone who loves the practical, hands-on side of content creation, from room sets and props to locations and schedules, and who takes real pride in making shoots run smoothly.
About the role
Reporting to the Creative Director, the Creative Producer is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering content production across all of the Henderson Design Group brands. Acting as the operational hub of the creative team, you will make sure photography, video, social and campaign content is delivered efficiently by managing production logistics, shoot preparation, location sourcing, room-set creation, prop management and workflow coordination. This is a varied, hands-on role based at our Hartlepool studio, with travel to location shoots.
Key responsibilities
- Own the planning and delivery of content production across our three brands, keeping shoots running smoothly and freeing our creative specialists to focus on their craft.
Production Planning & Coordination
- Manage the scheduling, planning and coordination of all content production activities across multiple brands.
- Develop and maintain production timelines, shoot schedules and creative workflows.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to brief.
- Identify production requirements and proactively resolve logistical challenges.
- Continuously review production practices to improve output, quality and delivery speed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
