Summary
We're seeking an experienced Creative Producer to lead our team in producing high-impact marketing materials for the film, entertainment, and gaming industries. As the storyteller behind our work, you will:
- Coordinate and deliver outstanding creative campaigns, from trailers, promos, and key art to social media and localization projects
- Elevate ideas with a creative eye for storytelling, emotion, and commercial appeal
- Nurture client relationships, driving collaborative and long-term projects
- Manage budgets, workflows, and timelines with technical expertise in production
About the Role

Project leadership: Oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure seamless execution from brief to delivery, including:
- Trailers & promos (B2C and B2B)
- Social campaigns (including multi-territory translation/localization)
- Creative pitching of concepts with compelling copywriting & visuals

Client-facing: Serve as the key point of contact, delivering exceptional service through clear communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.

Financial & operational oversight:
- Monitor budgets from estimate to invoicing, tracking spend and ensuring cost-effective delivery
- Mitigate risks and keep stakeholders informed throughout production

Scope & planning: Fully understand creative briefs, evaluate technical feasibility, and provide data-driven estimates for time, manpower, and resources.

Technical & industry expertise:
- Expertise in cue licensing and broadcast trafficking, including TV, radio, cinema, and digital delivery
- Awareness of censorship and societal trends to align with media standards
- Deep knowledge of creative tools (Avid, Adobe, Disco, Sound Miner, ProTools) and their applications

Creative collaboration: Provide elevated briefs and feedback to editors, writers, music supervisors, designers, and producers, blending art direction, sound design, motion graphics, and copywriting.

- Efficiently file & archive all project deliverables and assets
Requirements
Experience & Skills
✔ 5+ years in creative producing, working within agencies, production studios, or broadcasters ✔ Proven track record of successfully producing short-form advertising across television, digital, and social platforms ✔ Exceptional multitasking ability: blend high-level organization with innovative creativity ✔ Commercial acumen: judgment skeptic who turns business accurately into tangible delivery and impact. ✔ Interpersonal skills: clearly communicate with a wide range of colleagues and clients in team meetings and presentations ✔ Attention to detail—notable when reviewing and implementing creative briefs

- Strong cerebral rigour: blend logical and adaptive approaches to problem-solvings
