Creative Producer (Female-Oriented Product)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Producer (Female-Oriented Product) based in United Kingdom.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the creative direction of globally scaled digital products focused on building meaningful online connections.

You will lead the creative testing strategy from concept development to performance analysis, combining creativity, data, and emerging AI technologies.

The position requires a strong understanding of user behavior, digital advertising trends, and scalable content production.

You will collaborate with designers, growth teams, and AI-driven creative workflows to develop high-performing campaigns.

Your insights will directly influence product growth by identifying winning creative concepts and optimizing future strategies.

The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and analytical problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving international environment.

Accountabilities

The Creative Producer will be responsible for developing and optimizing creative strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement. The role combines creative leadership, performance analysis, and operational execution to ensure continuous improvement of advertising assets.

  • Own the end-to-end creative testing framework, including hypothesis creation, decision-making criteria, testing thresholds, and optimization rules.
  • Generate creative concepts and hypotheses based on performance insights, competitor research, advertising trends, and learnings from adjacent industries such as e-commerce, gaming, and dating.
  • Create detailed briefs and coordinate with designers and AI-powered content production workflows to deliver effective creative assets.
  • Partner with user acquisition teams to execute creative tests and analyze performance outcomes.
  • Evaluate creative results across key metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, IPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and cohort retention.
  • Build and maintain a creative knowledge base identifying successful themes, messaging angles, and performance drivers.
  • Provide regular reporting on creative portfolio performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience combining creative strategy with performance marketing, along with the ability to manage high-volume creative operations in a data-driven environment.

  • 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, creative performance, or similar roles, preferably within high-volume creative environments such as e-commerce, gaming, or dating.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-powered video and image generation tools such as Seedance, Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, HeyGen, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience working with large datasets, dashboards, spreadsheets, and creative performance metrics.
  • Excellent creative briefing skills, including the ability to define hypotheses, references, requirements, and clear production guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising performance and creative optimization principles.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, particularly for the US market.
  • Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects is considered a plus.
