Creative Producer, Outdoor (12-Month FTC)

Applications Closing: 24 July 2026

About the Role

As Creative Producer of Global’s Outdoor team, you will manage the full project lifecycle for creative campaigns—steering everything from creative brief to final delivery.

Work closely with Creative, Design, Operations, and internal stakeholders, plus third-party production partners and freelancers, to ensure the smooth flow of delivery while adhering to timelines, budgets, and technical requirements. Demand a comprehensive grasp of motion, 3D, digital, and out-of-home (OOH) workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Own the process from initial brief handover to final delivery.
  • Build and maintain schedules, action logs, contact reports, asset trackers, and delivery plans.
  • Track alongside timelines, budget, scope, creative revisions, approvals, and supply of deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal reviews, client feedback loops, and external check-ins.
  • Proactively flag risks, delays, or logistical blockages, working with the creative team to resolve them.

Creative Direction

  • Support the full spectrum of project types: motion, 3D, digital, OOH, and adaptation projects.
  • Brief and manage production companies, freelancers, and supply partners.
  • Gather and consolidate accurate estimates, production schedules, scopes of work, and technical specs.
  • Track WIP reviews, milestones, revisions, client feedback, and final deliverables.
  • Ensure creative output meets agreed budget, timeline, and technical requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
