About Uncovered:
Uncovered is a London based social first creative agency founded in 2017.
Social sits at the heart of everything that we do.
From strategy to production, our team is fluent in social language with a deep understanding of the online audience. Working with a diverse set of brands to understand their distinct identity and objectives, we apply social-first fundamentals for success: real world, real people, video-first.
We create at the speed of social; strategising, ideating, designing, and producing through our team of in-house strategists, creatives, art directors, copywriters, producers, editors, and videographers. We test, learn, and iterate in real time, delivering end-to-end solutions from creative strategy, through to reporting and analytics.
Our Uncovered office is a home to learn, grow and make a difference.
The Role:
We’re looking for a Creative who can work in the creative team on concepting, pitching, developing & delivering campaigns across our platform partners. You'll develop platform-native ideas that balance audience insight, platform behaviours and client objectives, while working closely with strategy, production, accounts and creator teams to bring ideas to life.
You'll own multiple projects simultaneously, confidently presenting creative work internally, leading creative direction throughout production, and ensuring every output meets both creative and platform standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
