About Bold Politics
Bold Politics creates social-first political content that shifts public opinion, encourages nuanced debate and inspires hope. We work with leading voices across politics and public life to produce ambitious digital content that reaches millions of people.
We're looking for someone who combines creativity with exceptional organisation. This role is ideal for someone with established experience producing social-first video content who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex logistical challenges, and knows how to bring ambitious ideas to life with limited time and resources.
Above all, we're looking for someone who takes ownership. You'll anticipate problems before they arise, communicate brilliantly with people at every level, and feel comfortable working alongside high-profile contributors in sensitive environments.
The Role
As Creative Producer, you'll lead the development and delivery of social-first video content from initial brief through to final edit. You'll work closely with our Executive Producer, freelancers and contributors to ensure every piece of content is creatively strong, strategically effective and delivered to a high standard.
You'll balance creative thinking with practical production, translating political ideas into engaging digital content while managing shoots, reviewing edits and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
