Company Overview

R Creative Studio is a London-based creative production studio specialising in cinematic and immersive experiences for luxury brands, large corporations, and high-profile private clients.

Role

Creative Production Assistant (junior, freelance - with scope to grow)

Purpose

R Creative Studio is looking for a Creative Production Assistant to support the Artistic Director and Creative Producers across our live event and immersive projects. This is an entry-level role built for someone sharp, organised, and genuinely curious about the production side of creative work, with real scope to grow within the studio as our production pipeline expands.

Working pattern

  • Freelance, initially August 2026 – January 2027, with the scope to move to a full-time position from 2027 as R Creative Studio's production pipeline grows.
  • 1–2 days a week in-studio, plus onsite attendance for live events (often evenings and weekends).
  • Flexibility around event dates is essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
