Creative Production & Campaigns Coordinator - global streetwear brand

Central Manchester - 5 days head office based

Salary: £30-35K (depending on experience)

Overview

Our client is experiencing strong global growth and now looking to recruit an experienced Fashion Creative Production & Campaigns Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of creative campaigns, photoshoots, and brand activations across Ed Hardy and AND1.

Working closely with the Social and Content Manager and wider creative team, you’ll play a key role in bringing campaign concepts to life by coordinating the day-to-day logistics required to deliver high-quality creative projects.

The role will support all aspects of production, from pre-production planning through to shoot days and post-production organization. You’ll coordinate talent, locations, samples, styling, suppliers, and production schedules while ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Alongside photoshoots, you’ll also support the planning and execution of brand activations, PR moments, and events, helping to ensure every project runs smoothly from concept through to delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about fashion, production, and brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to: Social & Content Manager / Brand Director

  • Coordinate photoshoots from pre-production through to post-production
  • Organize shoot logistics including locations, talent, crew, suppliers, and schedules
  • Prepare styling rails, sample management, and product pulls for shoots and events
  • Assist with on-set production, styling, and talent coordination
  • Produce call sheets, production schedules, and shoot documentation
  • Support the planning and delivery of brand activations, PR events, and community experiences
  • Track production budgets, invoices, and supplier bookings

Requirements

  • Previous experience within fashion production, creative production, events, or campaign coordination
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with confidence coordinating external suppliers and talent
  • Passion for fashion, creative campaigns, and brand experiences
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and highly organized
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
