Our client

Our client is a top global agency specializing in presentations and communication, serving businesses of all sizes, from startups to multinational enterprise tech giants. As they expand their studio, they are seeking a Creative Project Manager to join their dynamic team. If you’re solution-oriented, eager to work with high-profile global clients, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. Their Leicester-based office offers a hybrid working model (3 days in-studio, 2 days remote).

The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to support one of their biggest enterprise clients. This is a hands-on role for a PM who thrives in a fast-paced creative agency environment, understands how digital and physical creative work is produced, and can hold confident delivery conversations with key stakeholders, both internally and in a client-facing capacity.

You’ll run multiple projects end-to-end with minimal oversight, bringing clarity to briefs, structure to delivery, and calm confidence to clients. You’ll proactively maintain high delivery standards, spot day-to-day risks early, and suggest practical process improvements that keep work moving smoothly and consistently.

What you’ll deliver

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
