Creative Project Manager

Senior Account Manager – Performance Creative | Account Leadership | Pod Management

Reports to: Account Director

Location: Remote-first (1 day per month in-office – Hambi Media HQ, Oval, London)

Compensation: £45,000 – £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits + 27 Days Holiday

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to bolster our middle management team and elevate pod performance. This role combines client leadership, people management, and delivery ownership—you’ll oversee high-value accounts while coaching Account Managers to excel.

You won’t just be "client-facing"—you’ll lead teams, set standards, and drive consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Commercial Leadership

  • Own senior client relationships for large, high-impact accounts
  • Lead strategic planning, performance reviews and scaling conversations
  • Guide clients through launches, pivots, and growth phases
  • Identify upsell, retention, and revenue opportunities

Pod & People Management

  • Line-manage Account Managers in your pod
  • Coach AMs on (client) communication, organisation, and ownership
  • Raise performance standards across accounts and workflows
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of AMs

Delivery & Quality Control

  • Oversee UGC and creative workflows across your pod
  • Ensure seamless launch planning, resourcing, and execution
  • Act as the escalation point for delivery or client risks
  • Maintain process consistency and client experience standards

What You’ll Bring

✅ 4+ years in agency account management ✅ Proven experience managing or mentoring Account Managers ✅ Deep understanding of performance creative, UGC, and launch cycles ✅ Confidence running senior client conversations independently ✅ Strong commercial acumen—retention, margin, and growth matter ✅ Calm authority—clients and teams trust your judgment
