Creative Project Manager | MDM Props
About MDM Props
MDM Props creates extraordinary environments, immersive experiences and bespoke fabricated projects for clients across entertainment, attractions, events and commercial sectors.
We're looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager who can take a client's vision and turn it into an exceptional delivered project.
Working alongside a Technical Project Manager, you'll lead projects from first enquiry through design development, fabrication and installation, ensuring every project is creatively outstanding, commercially successful and delivered to the highest standard.
The Role
You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, leading creative discussions, developing project scopes, managing budgets, coordinating internal teams and ensuring every project exceeds expectations.
You'll work closely with our designers, workshop teams and Technical Project Managers to balance creativity with commercial and production realities.
At MDM Props, every project is led by two complementary Project Managers. As the Creative Project Manager, you'll own the client relationship, creative direction, commercial management and overall project journey. You'll work in close partnership with the Technical Project Manager, who leads fabrication planning, workshop delivery and installation. Together you'll make key decisions, solve challenges collaboratively and ensure every project is creatively ambitious, technically achievable and successfully delivered.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
