Creative Project Manager
A leading creative agency based in Leicester is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to join their talented team. With over two decades of expertise in delivering bold brand campaigns, immersive retail experiences, and high-impact digital content, this agency is known for its collaborative spirit and innovative approach.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled project manager who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and enjoys working closely with both clients and creative teams to bring ideas to life. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of creative projects, ensuring they are delivered smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.

Duties and Responsibilities: Leading the management of diverse projects including brand campaigns, photoshoots, film production, retail design, and digital experiences Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and leading project meetings Contributing to the planning and scoping of projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables Collaborating closely with creative teams to ensure work is aligned with client expectations and strategic goals Identifying potential challenges early and implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and supporting the wider project management function

Required Skills and Experience: Extensive experience managing creative projects within a busy creative agency setting A proven track record of successfully delivering campaigns for major brands Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and manage client relationships effectively Excellent project management capabilities, including time and resource planning A strategic mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail A full, clean UK driver’s licence A positive and proactive attitude, with a collaborative approach to team working Familiarity with project management tools and studio workflows Working knowledge of software such as InDesign or PowerPoint is advantageous but not essential
