# Performance Creative | Account Leadership | Pod Management

Reports to: Account Director

Location: Remote-first (1 day per month in-office – Hambi Media HQ, Oval, London)

Compensation: £45,000 – £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits + 27 Days Holiday


Hambi Media is the UK’s leading performance creative agency for D2C and e-commerce brands. With in-house strategy, production, UGC, and design teams, we create high-performance creative—not just visually compelling work, but work that drives real growth.

We’ve delivered over £100M in performance creative across Meta and TikTok for brands including Heights, Surreal, 47 Skin, and Nutrition Geeks. Account Leaders are at the heart of this delivery, owning communication, keeping momentum high, and ensuring launches land flawlessly and on time.


About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Account Leader to strengthen our middle management layer and elevate the standard of pod leadership. This role blends client leadership, team management, and delivery ownership.

Responsibilities

Client & Commercial Leadership

  • Own relationships with larger, high-impact accounts
  • Lead strategic client conversations, performance reviews, and planning
  • Guide clients through launches, pivots, and scale moments
  • Identify upsell, retention, and growth opportunities

Pod & People Management

  • Line-manage Account Managers within your pod
  • Coach Account Managers on communication, organisation, and client ownership
  • Elevate delivery standards across accounts and workflows
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of AMs

Delivery & Quality Control

  • Oversee UGC and creative workflows for your pod
  • Ensure launches are perfectly planned, resourced, and delivered
  • Be the escalation point for deliverable or client risk
  • Maintain consistency in processes and client experience

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in agency account management
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring Account Managers
  • Deep understanding of performance creative, UGC, and launch cycles
  • Confident in running senior client conversations indepently
  • Commercially aware—retention, margin, and growth drive your decisions
  • Calm, authoritative presence—clients and teams trust your judgment
