Creative Project Manager

Purley, South London | Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)
Circa £40,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits + Career Progression

Love managing multiple creative projects where every detail matters? We're recruiting on behalf of an award-winning creative agency that partners with some of Europe's leading retail and FMCG brands.

As the business continues to grow, they're looking for an organised and commercially minded Creative Project Manager to take ownership of a flagship European client account, delivering high-profile packaging, branding and localisation projects from initial brief through to final delivery.

If you've managed multiple client projects within packaging, branding, localisation, translation, artwork, print or another detail-driven creative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative agency where you'll build long-term client relationships, manage exciting international projects and play a key role in delivering world-class creative solutions.

The Role

As Creative Project Manager, you'll become the trusted day-to-day contact for one of the agency's largest European retail clients.

Working closely with clients, creative teams, artwork specialists and production teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time and to the highest standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
