Creative Project Manager (UGC)

Pay: £37,000–£45,000 per year Location: Remote (UK-based, within reach of London for occasional meetings)

About Us

We're the UK's top-organic-ranked UGC agency on Google—search "UGC Agency" and that's us. We run campaigns for major brands across tech, dating, and retail, backed by a network of 8,500+ vetted creators.

We’re an established agency growing after being acquired. This is your chance to play a central role in building our delivery engine as we expand. Thriving here means loving systems, optimisation, and scaling—not just following an existing process.

The Role

We’re hiring a Creative Project Manager to lead end-to-end campaign delivery. This is a core project management role: you’ll oversee campaigns from brief to execution, ensuring timelines and quality stay on track. Additionally, you’ll build and refine systems to drive efficiency as we scale.

What You’ll Own

  • Full end-to-end project management: Timelines, workflows, dependencies, approvals, and scheduling every moving part
  • Campaign delivery: Guaranteeing on-time and on-target execution from locked brief to final sign-off
  • Repeatable processes: Developing systems, templates, and workflows to support scaling
  • Team coordination: Managing creators, sourcers, freelancers—holding everyone accountable and escalating as needed
  • Creator briefing: Clear 1:1 guidance, script refinement, and maintaining high quality control
  • Client relationship management: Serving as the trusted point of contact for brands during live campaigns
  • Creative input: Contributing to strategy, scripting, and hook direction where relevant

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
