THE ROLE
This role supports the Creative Ops and Production Manager and creative department in keeping shoots, projects, and the day-to-day workflow of the creative team running smoothly.
You keep projects moving by updating trackers, chasing outstanding actions, and making sure everyone knows where things stand. You're the person on the ground for shoots: running, styling, sourcing, and solving problems in the moment. You'll also lend a hand to the social team, creating and editing content when extra capacity is needed.
This is a junior role with an opportunity to learn production, project management, and content creation inside a fast-moving, in-house creative team.
What You'll Do
Project and process support
- Manage the workflow for the studio and design teams, understanding incoming work, assigning to the correct team members and ensuring that the studio runs smoothly
- Keep production schedules, briefing trackers and asset trackers updated and accurate day to day
- Track and report on the status of live projects across the creative team, following up outstanding actions, flagging delays and finding smart solutions to keep things moving
- Support the Creative Ops and Production Manager with administrative production tasks: call sheets, booking confirmations, shoot budgets and expense tracking
- Help develop and maintain the Digital Asset Management system, making sure assets are filed correctly and easy for the team to find.
- Be on hand for adhoc support for the team as needed, keeping the studio and creative department running day to day

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
