Resource Manager (Creative Operations)
Location: West London (Hybrid)
Contract: 3 Months

Are you an experienced Resource Manager with a passion for creative teams and fast-paced production environments?
We're supporting one of Europe's leading media organisations in the search for a Resource Manager to join a busy in-house creative agency. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring award-winning creative projects are resourced effectively, balancing permanent and freelance talent while partnering with senior creative stakeholders.
The Role
As Resource Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the right people are allocated to the right projects at the right time, helping creative teams deliver outstanding work while maintaining visibility across budgets, capacity and future planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage resource plans across multiple creative projects.
- Build and allocate high-performing creative teams.
- Forecast resource requirements and manage freelance bookings.
- Lead resource and budget planning meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets, utilisation and capacity planning.
- Produce resource reporting and analyse team performance data.
- Support recruitment of both permanent and freelance creative talent.
- Develop relationships with external agencies and freelance networks.

About You
You'll ideally have:
- Demonstrable experience in resource management, recruitment or traffic management within a creative agency, broadcaster or media environment.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing budgets, utilisation and resource forecasting.
- Confidence working with senior creative and production stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Experience using resource or project scheduling software.
