Creative Services Executive 10 Month FTC
As a creative services executive, you will play a key role in our marketing and communications team, using your technical expertise to enhance digital campaigns and optimise user experience. You will develop high-converting landing pages, manage digital automations, and track performance through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and optimise digital automations using HubSpot and other platforms
- Develop and manage landing pages with a focus on UX and conversion rates
- Maintain and update digital channels, including the website, intranet, and HubSpot
- Optimise content for SEO, engagement, and user experience
- Execute and monitor digital campaigns, using data to refine performance
- Organise and manage marketing assets efficiently
- Produce reports and metrics to measure campaign success
Requirements
You have experience in digital marketing and campaign management, with a strong understanding of SEO, website optimisation, and email marketing. You are proficient in HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools and take a data-driven approach to marketing, using analytics to optimise performance, improve conversion rates, and enhance user experience. You understand how to create and execute nurture campaigns that support lead generation and opportunity management, ensuring prospects are effectively engaged throughout the customer journey. You have a strategic mindset, able to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements that drive efficiency and impact. Attention to detail is key, and you can apply brand guidelines effectively while ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints. A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is an advantage.
