Creative Shoot Coordinator

Creative Shoot Coordinator

About the Role

Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for visual storytelling? At NEXT, we are looking for a Creative Shoot Coordinator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate across multiple departments, from online and social to visual merchandising (VM) and product teams, shaping creative concepts and working closely with Senior Photography Coordinators to oversee post-production and image-processing pipelines.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a keen eye for detail, and will contribute to high-profile Family Campaigns across the business. This is a fixed-term role for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Senior Coordinators to:

    • Prioritise image processing,
    • Request reproduction (‘repro’) assets per production schedules,
    • Track delivery for upcoming launches.
  • Curate and maintain seasonal image collections via our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and manage logging of HD video libraries.

  • Utilise relevant software to:

    • Convert images for cross-departmental use,
    • Assist on-set during photoshoots when required,
    • Compile product samples via buying teams,
    • Support overseas shoot logistics with carnet creation.
  • Develop, pitch, and collaborate on moodboards and ideas for key campaigns, liaising with the Creative Photography Manager and Bookings team to secure talent.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
