Men's Creative Lead
Job Overview:
You are responsible for supporting the Men's social lead with coordinating creative content for multiple social channels, managing this from conceptualisation and execution through to content going live.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Content Creation
- Responsible for ensuring IG + TikTok shoots / content creation happens weekly inline with business marketing calendar
- Ensuring we have a constant bank of creative content ideas
- Filming, shooting and editing all social content
- Responsible for ensuring all social content is executed to brand standards and ideas are original and engaging
- Working with MW Art Director to ensure all reels / TT's are edited and have correct sounds and relevant captions
- Supporting wider team with social concepts to support campaigns and business moments, such as pop ups, collabs etc
Social Posting / Planning
- The daily running of the Jaded TikTok + Instagram, from conceptualisation and execution through to content going live
- Ensure campaign + social content is maximised through posting
- Scheduling posts to align with wider social plan and sending over plans for approval
- Captions and copy for feed posts
- Working with wide team to propose a weekly social plan inline with marketing calender
- Once approved, ensuring social plans are emailed out to wider team and posting is stuck to
- Interacting with the social community through commenting on posts, replying to comments and liking posts, following brand TOV

Social analysis and reporting
- Trend and sound research
- Ensuring team has a bank of captions for social + CRM use
- Joining weekly trade meetings from social perspective
- Reviewing weekly and monthly reports and using learnings for future creative
- Awareness of ad reports and which ads are performing
- Competitor analysis and trend reporting
Content organisation
- Organising the creative team dropbox
- Managing the campaigns section of the website
- Uploading all campaigns after each launch to ensure it is always up to date
- Sending edited and final content to relevant teams - Graphics, Ecom etc
Requirements
- 3 years experience working in the fashion industry
- A passion for social and trends
- Chronically online
- Video & photo editing skills - TikToks, iPhone, VHS, Digi Cam etc
- Flexible working approach, diligent and able to adapt to the needs of the team.
- Proactive and collaborative by nature, with the ability to manage a high output and reactive social media content calendar from end-to-end
- Impeccable organisation skills and the ability to keep things moving and ensure deadlines are met.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to act as an ambassador for the Jaded brand on shoots and with external talent and their agents/managers. and partner brands.
- Motivated to drive results that are measurable
