Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced and highly technical Still Life Creative Photographer to join our Creative Services team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a photographer with exceptional still life expertise, particularly in beauty and jewellery, who can create premium imagery that reflects Liberty's distinctive aesthetic. You'll combine advanced technical skills with a refined creative eye to produce exceptional photography across both digital and print channels.

If you're passionate about art, design and craftsmanship, thrive in a collaborative creative environment, and have a portfolio that demonstrates outstanding still life work, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce premium still life imagery using advanced photographic techniques, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency and technical excellence.
  • Design and execute sophisticated lighting setups to create polished, visually compelling photography.
  • Capture beauty and jewellery products with exceptional attention to detail, expertly handling reflective materials and premium finishes.
  • Style objects and direct subjects on set to create strong, well-composed imagery.
  • Deliver creative briefs efficiently while managing multiple shoots and collaborating closely with the Head of Creative and Art Directors.
  • Edit imagery using industry-standard software, maintaining consistency across all assets. Retouching experience is advantageous and will support collaboration with our retouching team.
  • Maintain photographic equipment, lighting systems and the London studio to ensure they remain organised and production-ready.
  • Manage digital assets and contribute to efficient studio workflows and file management processes.
  • Participate in creative discussions and work collaboratively across cross-functional creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support wider business photography requirements, including events, store openings, pop-ups and artist visits.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
