About Us
We're a fast-growing, award-winning sustainable consumer health brand serving 300,000+ customers across the UK, Europe, and the US. Our vision is to build a dedicated ads team prioritising creative strategy at scale that’s distinctly different from the norm.
This isn’t a traditional creative role. Here, we think differently—by engineering 10 core concepts into 60+ modular variations, pivoting based on data insights rather than starting from scratch. If you view 600 monthly Meta ad iterations as 600 individual projects, this role may not suit you. But if you embrace a creative engine mentality, then keep reading.
About the Role
You’ll own paid creative at scale, blending high-volume Meta ad iteration with long-form, narrative-driven YouTube scripts. Both functions are essential, and fluency between these modes is critical.
What You’ll Own
- High-volume Meta iteration & testing:
- Design and run a high-velocity testing matrix, producing ~600 ad variations monthly.
- Systematically test hooks, visual styles, body copy, and CTAs to combat ad fatigue and evolve frameworks for scalability.
- Long-form YouTube scriptwriting:
- Craft 1–3 minute+ engaging scripts, optimised for YouTube’s viewer retention and attribution model.
- Rapid data analysis & iteration:
- Deeply analyse daily/weekly performance metrics (thumb-stop rates, hold rates, CTRs) and direct creative iterations without delay.
- Trend hooking & cultural agility:
- Monitor Meta, TikTok, and emerging internet trends to capitalise on them proactively.
- Whitelisting & creator management:
- Oversee permissions and variations for creator content to maximize social proof.
- Creative operations:
- Maintain infrastructure (templates, naming conventions, workflows) ensuring seamless high-volume unity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
