Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
The Company
This is a specialist performance marketing agency working with some of the world's most recognisable consumer brands. Having evolved from its roots in print media, the business now combines data-driven strategy with high quality creative and precision audience targeting, connecting premium brands with high value customers across a range of sectors.
The agency positions itself as a leader in its space, delivering higher quality leads for its clients through a distinctive blend of creative craft and performance rigour. It operates from a London base and works with a well established roster of prestigious, recognisable brand names.
A newly formed creative production arm within the business bridges the gap between client brand assets and high converting paid media, and this role sits right at the centre of it, translating approved messaging strategies into exceptional performance creative and managing production from brief through to delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
As Creative Strategist, you'll lead creative strategy and production management for the team, using AI tools to accelerate messaging and copy production while briefing and managing a network of designers and creatives to ensure every deliverable meets the agency's exacting standard before it reaches the client.
- Lead content and messaging strategy production for all ad creative and landing page projects
- Build persona frameworks, messaging pillars, testing angles, and format recommendations from client briefs and brand materials
- Use AI tools as a first-draft resource, reviewing, refining, and quality checking all output before it enters production
- Develop creative testing frameworks aligned with platform algorithms and best practice
- Generate ad copy, headlines, video scripts, and landing page copy
- Write detailed creative briefs for designers, video editors, and copywriters
- Manage the day to day relationship with an outsourced creative pool, briefing, chasing, reviewing, and quality checking deliverables
- Manage internal designers across active projects alongside the outsourced pool
- Own the production timeline across all active projects, surfacing problems early with a proposed recovery plan
- Act as the primary internal QA checkpoint for all deliverables, including copy, design, video, and landing pages, and sign off creative work internally
- Use creative analytics tools, ad platform managers, and GA4 to identify performance insights and translate these into actionable recommendations
- Present performance rationale clearly to account managers for client communication

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
