Creative Strategist – Fast-Growth Wellness & Meditation App πŸ“±πŸ§

Propel is partnering with one of the most innovative wellness apps in the market, a science-backed, immersive experience that uses light, colour and visual stimulation to help users destress, refocus and reach deep meditative states without needing years of practice.

Built with neuroscientists from leading universities across Germany and the UK, the product delivers powerful, personalised sessions that trigger geometric patterns, colours, cosmic visuals and tunnel-vision effects, each one shaped by the user's mental state in that moment.

The app is scaling fast across the US and UK, spending $250K+ a month on Meta alone. The performance engine is in place. What's missing is the creative brain behind it, someone to own the strategy, the content, and the process that turns ideas into winning assets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right β€” and where to focus when applying.

  • Owning the end-to-end creative strategy, from analysing performance data and forming hypotheses, to briefing creators and getting polished assets into market
  • Digging into audience data and platform insights to identify what's working, what's saturating, and what to test next
  • Managing influencer and creator relationships, briefing, feedback, iteration, until the asset is ready to hand to the performance team for deployment
  • Building and maintaining a systematic approach to creative testing and asset production, keeping pace with Meta's demand for fresh content
  • Using AI tools intelligently to accelerate workflows and remove bottlenecks, and bringing your own recommendations on what the stack should look like
  • Working closely with the founders and performance team to align creative output with growth targets

What they're looking for:

  • A strong B2C background, ideally across e-commerce, app, or wellness (any combination welcome)
  • Equal parts analytical and creative, you can read data, form a hypothesis, and then actually come up with the idea that tests it
  • Confident managing creators and influencers end-to-end, not just briefing and hoping for the best
  • A genuine understanding of how to use AI tools to speed up creative production, not as a gimmick, but as a real part of how you work
  • Someone who builds systems, not just one-off assets, you think in processes
  • Comfortable in an early-stage environment where you'll have real ownership and real impact from day one
