Creative Strategist — Media Engineered
Location: Remote Type: Full-time
Most agencies make ads. We engineer them. There's a reason our clients' CPAs drop when they work with us. It's not luck. It's not taste. It's a system — built around finding the exact angles, hooks, and messaging that make a customer buy, then turning that into a repeatable process that scales. We're Media Engineered. We help Meta advertisers go from guessing to growing — and we're looking for a Creative Strategist who thinks the same way we do.
What this role actually is
You're not a copywriter. You're not a content creator. You're the person who figures out why an ad works — and builds the blueprint to make the next one work even better. You'll own the strategy behind our clients' creative: researching angles, writing scripts, briefing UGC creators, and working closely with our team to test, learn, and scale what's winning. If you love dissecting a great ad almost as much as you love making one, keep reading.
What you'll do
- Dig deep into customer research — reviews, Reddit, competitor ads, comment sections — to surface the angles that actually convert
- Develop full-funnel creative strategies tailored to each client's audience and offer
- Write punchy, direct response scripts for UGC video ads (hooks matter more to you than headlines)
- Brief creators clearly and confidently — giving them enough to perform, not so much that they sound scripted
- Analyse creative performance data and extract learnings that feed the next round of testing
- Document what's working and why, so winning creative can be systematised, not just celebrated

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You're the right person if…
- You can tell the difference between an angle and a hook — and explain it clearly
- You look at a Meta ad and instinctively ask "what's the strategy behind this?"
- You've written scripts or creative briefs that actually performed (and you can share them)
- You're comfortable making calls with incomplete data — and updating them when new data comes in
- You care more about the result than being the one who had the idea
- You follow the Meta creative space closely and know what's working and why
