Creative Strategist
**💥 Performance Creative Strategist ** (Sports Nutrition – Client Side | South West London | £35k–£50k)
Ignite are partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing D2C (direct-to-consumer) brands in Sports Nutrition, a leader already scaling from £0m to £20m+ since launch. This role requires a Performance Creative Strategist to lead the creation of high-impact paid social ads across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
About the Role
Responsibilities include:
- Crafting bold, engaging paid ads tailored to high-conversion strategies
- Exploring innovative approaches for direct-response initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance and ROI

Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years in paid creative performance roles
- Experience with D2C brands (agency or in-house)
- Proven ability to produce killer paid ads
- Strong creative problem-solving with an edge in direct-response marketing
- Knowledge of Sports Nutrition/Health & Wellness (beneficial, but not mandatory)
