Role Description
We’re hiring a Creative Strategist to join our creative team. You will take ownership of the creative process for a designated portfolio of D2C brands. Your role is twofold: managing client communication regarding design strategy, and coordinating with our offshore design technicians to bring those visual strategies to life.
This role offers a unique balance of autonomy and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to work independently with creative control over the brands you are involved in, whilst benefiting from the structured support of the wider team.
Our client list is highly diverse, giving you the opportunity to work with a range of international D2C brands, from established household names to ambitious, early-stage start-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Client Management
- Build strong relationships with clients and develop a deep understanding of their goals, products, and challenges
- Lead regular content strategy discussions and present recommendations confidently to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Translate client objectives into clear action plans and priorities

Creative & Listing Development
- Manage the creation of Amazon listing imagery, A+ Content, and Brand Storefronts
- Develop high-converting creative assets that align with brand guidelines and Amazon best practices
- Review creative output and provide feedback to ensure quality and commercial effectiveness, alongside A/B testing to maximize conversion rates and click-through rates.
- Identify opportunities to improve content, conversion rates, and overall customer experience

Creative Workflow & Design Collaboration
- Brief offshore design technicians clearly on client requirements, visual style, and technical constraints.
- Oversee the design workflow, ensuring assets (listing images, A+ content, packaging, store design) are produced on time.
- Conduct quality assurance on all design deliverables to ensure they meet the client’s brand guidelines, our internal standards, and performance best practices.
- Provide constructive feedback to the design technicians to refine and improve the visual output.
- Ensure all files are organized and accessible for both internal teams and clients.
Requirements
- Education: A recent degree in Marketing, Creative Strategy, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
- The ability to present ideas clearly to clients and collaborate with remote team members.
- Ability to develop commercial strategies and translate them into actionable plans
- Analytical Mindset: An interest in learning how design impacts consumer behavior (CTR, CVR, and A/B testing).
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, brands, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable analyzing performance data and making commercially driven recommendations
- Proactive, accountable, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across different cultures and time zones.

Nice to Have
- Experience working within an Amazon agency
- Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator experience
- Case studies or a portfolio of creative work
- Knowledge of Amazon listing optimization, A+ Content, and Storefront best practices
- Experience briefing or managing creative/design projects
