Creative Strategist

Creative Strategist

Bristol - Hybrid Working
£55,000-£65,000

Skills: Paid Social Creative Strategy, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Direct Response Marketing, Ad Copywriting, Creative Briefing, Performance Analysis, DTC Marketing

I’m currently working with a fast-growing performance marketing agency who are looking for a Creative Strategist to join their team.

They specialise in performance creative and paid social advertising for fast-growing DTC and e-commerce brands, helping clients scale through high-performing Meta and TikTok campaigns. As they continue to grow, they’re looking for someone to take ownership of creative strategy across multiple client accounts and drive performance through data-led creative.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing high-performing ad concepts, creative briefs, and messaging angles that directly impact campaign performance. You’ll work closely with media buyers, designers, and content teams to ensure all creative is aligned with performance goals and built to convert.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
