The Role We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to lead creative strategy across a portfolio of fast-growing D2C brands. In this role, you’ll own the creative direction and performance across multiple client accounts - driving ideation, scripting, briefing and analysis from end to end. You’ll be responsible for developing, testing and scaling high-performing creative that delivers measurable results across Meta and TikTok. You’ll work closely with designers, producers, media buyers and account managers to ensure creative output is strategically sound, performance-driven and executed to a high standard. What You’ll Do Own and develop performance creative strategies across multiple client accounts on Meta and TikTok. Turn creative performance data into clear insights, recommendations and testing opportunities. Lead concepting, scripting and briefing for UGC and paid social assets. Write clear, high-quality creative briefs for creators and internal production teams. Build and manage structured creative testing roadmaps across accounts. Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure alignment between strategy, delivery and client goals. Stay ahead of trends, hooks, formats and platform updates to inform creative direction. Lead or contribute to client reporting, presenting creative insights and strategic recommendations. Manage multiple accounts with strong organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail. What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months): You confidently own creative strategy across several client accounts. Your creative direction leads to measurable improvements in performance. You consistently deliver clear, strategic briefs and high-quality ideas. You build strong working relationships with media buyers, creatives and account managers. You demonstrate a deep understanding of creative testing and iteration. You take increasing ownership of both strategy and client-facing communication. You are constantly staying in-tune across trends within the meta, organic and D2C space. You’ll Thrive Here If You Have: 2-4+ years experience in paid social, creative strategy, content or performance marketing (agency experience a plus). Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok ad ecosystems. Proven ability to analyse performance data and translate it into creative decisions. Excellent written communication and briefing skills. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset. A strong interest in buyer psychology, storytelling and conversion-driven content. The ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
