We're partnering with one of the world's fastest-growing direct-to-consumer consumer brands as they continue to invest in their UK expansion. This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage, shaping the creative strategy that will fuel growth in one of the business's highest-priority international markets.
This is far more than a typical creative role. Sitting at the intersection of performance marketing, creative and customer insight, you'll own the creative strategy for paid social, turning data, customer behaviour and platform trends into campaigns that genuinely drive commercial results.

What you'll be doing:
- Own the creative strategy for paid social campaigns
- Develop testing roadmaps and creative hypotheses
- Brief and collaborate with designers, creators and agencies
- Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise
- Source and activate creator content
- Localise campaigns for the UK market
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years' experience in paid social creative or creative strategy
- Experience creating high-performing paid social campaigns
- Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube
- A data-driven mindset
- Excellent project management skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach
