About the Role
We’re looking for a modern Creative Lead to help build one of the most distinctive consumer brands in the UK dog world.
We want someone who gets excited about ideas. Someone who naturally thinks in hooks, concepts, edits, formats, storytelling and campaigns. Someone who spots weak creative in the first three seconds and instinctively knows how to make it better.
You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, growth and content, turning marketing strategy into creative that people actually stop and watch.
Part creative strategist, part creator, part creative director.
You’ll help shape how we show up across paid social, organic, influencer, CRM, campaigns and broader brand moments while also building the systems and processes that allow great creative to happen consistently and at speed.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who has made creative themselves before. Maybe you started in editing, videography, design, content creation or production. You understand how to make content work because you’ve been hands-on doing it.
You are not just managing creatives, you are a creative.

Having seen behind the curtain of the processed pet food industry, we decided to do everything differently. We are a subscription-based B Corp™ delivering hand-cooked, healthy food to over 20,000 UK dogs; our nutritional rating and customer reviews speak for themselves.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
