Superside is hiring to shape how we turn insights into breakthrough creative work. You’ll combine strategic depth with creative leadership, guiding a team of strategists, partnering with customers, and driving measurable business impact across brand, digital, social, and web experiences. In this role, you’ll set the standard for strategic excellence at Superside: mentoring your team, evolving our approach to insight-driven creativity, and helping some of the world’s most ambitious brands make work that matters.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a small team of Creative Strategists, providing direction, feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Oversee strategic development across multiple projects, ensuring clarity, quality, and creative consistency.
- Craft digital-first strategies for campaigns across social, web, display, newsletters, and emerging formats.
- Partner with Creative Leads, Designers, and Copywriters to turn insights into compelling creative concepts.
- Build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering challenges and turning them into strategic opportunities.
- Champion AI in the creative process, from research and insights to ideation, concept testing, and optimization.
- Identify and integrate AI tools and workflows that enhance the speed, quality, and scalability of strategy work.
- Leverage data and research to uncover audience, category, and competitive insights that fuel creative effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to expand strategic offerings and drive account growth.
- Contribute to the evolution of Superside’s Strategy discipline, defining best practices, frameworks, and future focus areas.

What You'll Need To Succeed
- 6+ years in strategy roles within creative, advertising, or digital agencies
- Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, creative effectiveness, and platform storytelling.
- Proven ability to turn complex problems into clear, actionable strategies and creative briefs.
- Confident communicator and storyteller, skilled at presenting to senior clients and internal leaders.
- Data-informed thinker who blends analytical rigor with creative intuition.
- Organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable challenging convention to improve outcomes.
- Enthusiasm for innovation, emerging technologies, and the evolving intersection of AI, creativity, and strategy.
