Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, and copy for Meta ad campaigns.
- Research customer insights and identify new creative angles.
- Brief and review designers and UGC creators to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Work with media buyers to optimize creatives using performance data.
- Present creative ideas internally and to clients.

Essential Experience:
- 3+ years' creative experience with eCommerce or DTC brands.
- At least 1 year's agency experience managing multiple clients.
- A portfolio showcasing creative work and campaign performance.
- Excellent written English with an understanding of US audiences.
- Strong knowledge of Meta ad formats, including UGC, static, and carousel ads.
