Creative Studio Assistant
S.S.DALEY is looking for a Creative Studio Assistant to join the team immediately for a fixed-term from July through to the end of October. This is both a creative and organisational role, working between the office and the studio at our base in North London. This role is best suited to a graduate or someone with strong previous experience working in the fashion industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting with logistics support across multiple upcoming projects
- Pulling and organising visual reference for design and creative direction
- Assisting with communications with suppliers, makers and external partners
- Assisting with internal schedules and project timelines
- Assisting with day-to-day studio coordination and administration
- Supporting design dialogue with the team and suppliers, contributing to conversations around development
- Supporting research conducting across creative topics as needed

Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience working inside an independent, emerging or small-scale fashion label
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in working with platforms including Excel, Word, Photoshop and Adobe Suite as part of daily studio work
- Comfortable operating across both creative and logistical work without needing one defined lane
- Highly organised, self-directed and able to manage multiple threads at once
- Based in London and available to work in-person, four days a week
- Available to commit fully to this role for the duration of the contract
- Being a reliable, proactive presence
