JOB TITLE: Creative Technologist - 12 Month FTC
SALARY: £72,702 - £80,780
LOCATION(S): London
HOURS: Full Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy.
What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for someone to help bring our digital experiences to life. You’ll do this by creating prototypes and engaging with customers through storytelling.
Someone who can work collaboratively alongside a full design multidisciplinary team, with a willingness to learn from - and actively support other Visual Designers.
An experienced Creative Technologist to work within our Experience Design team of interactions designers, researchers, content writers and strategists. Working effectively and confidently as part of agile teams to help uncover priorities, visualise outcomes, and define scope. You’ll help identify and solve real customer problems and ensure that we put human’s needs at the heart of every problem we solve.
It’ll be your role to:
- Create interactive prototypes to bring future propositions to life.
- Act as a bridge between design and technology, advising designers and product owners on what is possible.
- Apply creative thinking to solve complex problems and make them feel simple.
- Use storytelling techniques to help the business communicate ideas effectively.
- Bring a forward-thinking attitude, introducing new ideas on how emerging technologies and frameworks can create better user experiences.
- Engage with design teams and communities of practice to understand objectives and fins opportunities that lead to better customer outcomes.

What we’re looking for?
- A minimum 5 years demonstrable experience in coding, prototyping, and creative technologies.
- A collaborative attitude, ready to support a busy multidisciplinary team.
- Experience across multiple languages and frameworks. From React applications to Node.js servers, you should be flexible and comfortable working across different environments and platforms.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- A portfolio that demonstrates work across multiple fields.
- Experience exploring multimodal experiences, and the ability to use AI to enhance the quality of your work.
- Experience training or working with language and image models.
- The ability to move seamlessly between design and code. Comfortable creating prototypes in Figma, advising on motion graphics, and designing interfaces when needed.
- Experience building or orchestrating AI-driven experiences, agents, or automation workflows.
- Understanding of prompt design, model limitations, and evaluation of AI outputs.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe CC, GitHub, Vercel, GCP, or similar prototyping and deployment environments
