Creator Campaign Executive – Marketing & Community
Location: Remote first, with occasional travel to London, Manchester or Birmingham
Salary: circa £28,000 annual

You'll probably have some experience in creator, influencer, social or digital marketing, account management, or another customer-facing role with transferable skills.
The role
We're looking for someone who's excited by creators, social media and technology, and wants to build a career in creator marketing.
You'll work closely with brands, creators and the wider Nutcake team to deliver successful campaigns while helping grow the Nutcake brand and creator community.
What you'll do:
Campaign Management
- Support brands and agencies running creator campaigns through Nutcake.
- Build strong relationships with creators, helping them deliver brilliant campaigns.
- Guide customers through onboarding and platform adoption.
- Deliver platform demos, onboarding and training where needed.
- Help brands discover the right creators and deliver successful campaigns.
- Keep campaigns running smoothly, managing timelines, communication and delivery.
- Share campaign insights and best practice with customers.
- Gather feedback from brands and creators to help shape future product development.
- Help customers get the most from Nutcake's AI-powered platform and test new features as we continue to evolve the product.
- Become a trusted expert on the Nutcake platform and creator marketing.

Marketing & Community Alongside campaign management, you'll help grow the Nutcake brand and build an engaged creator community by:
- Growing and managing our creator community, including our WhatsApp communities.
- Welcoming new creators, sparking conversations and making our communities genuinely valuable.
- Supporting social media, content creation and community engagement.
- Creating customer stories, campaign case studies and thought leadership content.
- Organising webinars, events and creator community initiatives.
- Managing email marketing and CRM communications.
- Showcasing customer success stories, creator partnerships and product updates.
- Bringing new ideas for content, campaigns and community initiatives.

- Experience managing communities, social channels or content is a bonus, but not essential.
