Creative Hub (theprintspace) | Shoreditch, London
At Creative Hub, we're not just managing artists and creators, we're rewriting the rules of social commerce. For 18 years we've transformed the industry with a fearless blend of art, data and technology, now our people spend their time on the two things, closing clients and building their brands.
The role
You'll work with talented, highly followed artists and creators, signing them, then growing them. Our sales cycle is fast (typically one meeting), and your pipeline is built online and face to face: gallery openings, art fairs, dinners, referrals and the inbound leads generated by our growing brand presence. This is a relationship business and we've gone all-in on it, expect regular travel to fairs and events in the UK and internationally.
Once an artist is your client, your marketing brain becomes the differentiator. The question we ask is "how do we double their sales." You'll design and deliver growth strategies for your own roster: paid social, email strategy, pricing and positioning, product expansion, and collaborations. When your artists make more, you make more, your commission is a percentage of everything they sell through us.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Your responsibilities
- Building relationships with high-potential artists and creators at events, fairs and dinners, and closing them as clients with speed and confidence
- Planning and running online product sales ("drops") for the artists you manage, supported by our automation and production infrastructure
- Developing brand and marketing growth strategies for your clients, and selling those strategies to them
- Growing each artist's email list and audience between drops
- Analysing drop and campaign data with the team, and constantly sharpening what works
- Being in the room: our team works together in Shoreditch 5 days a week, because that's how people get great fast
What we're looking for
- Real marketing or brand-building experience: agency, in-house or D2C, with revenue growth you can point to and take credit for
- Proven business development or sales ability. You must love the close: the objection handling, the read of the room, the moment it clicks
- A track record of owning and hitting revenue targets
- Confidence and warmth in high-trust, in-person settings; dinners, fairs, private views
- An intuitive feel for whether an artwork has a wide market (or the passion to develop one fast)
- Relentlessness. We hit our targets last year and internally called it "good, not great." If that sentence makes sense to you, keep reading
