About the Team
The TikTok LIVE Operations team is passionate about building the future of live entertainment. We work closely with creators to cultivate an engaging, innovative, and safe livestreaming ecosystem while driving sustainable creator success on TikTok LIVE.
As TikTok LIVE continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Creator Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships with professional creators, agencies, talent, and production partners across the UK+. This role combines high-touch relationship management with data-driven portfolio operations to accelerate creator growth, platform adoption, and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Creator Partnership Management
- Build and manage long-term strategic relationships with LIVE creators and Creator Networks.
- Deliver a premium, consultative experience that strengthens creator satisfaction, retention, and long-term success on TikTok LIVE.
- Own a diverse portfolio of creators across multiple performance tiers, balancing personalised account management for strategic partners with scalable portfolio operations.
- Design and execute tiered engagement strategies, including one-to-one business reviews, creator workshops, webinars, newsletters, and community communications.
- Conduct regular business reviews, analysing key performance indicators including revenue, LIVE duration, audience growth, engagement, retention, and monetisation performance.
- Establish measurable growth plans and continuously optimise strategies to help creators achieve ambitious business objectives.
- Partner with creators to elevate content quality, production value, and programming strategy across TikTok LIVE.
- Drive creator participation in platform campaigns, seasonal events, and monetisation initiatives.
- Champion adoption of new TikTok LIVE products, features, and creator tools by educating partners on their business value.

- Data-Driven Business Management
- Monitor portfolio health through data analysis, identifying growth opportunities and operational risks.
- Translate complex performance data into clear recommendations and business strategies.
- Deliver against ambitious revenue, creator growth, engagement, and ecosystem development targets.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Creator Management, Talent Management, Influencer Partnerships, Media Partnerships, Entertainment, or a related field.
- Experience managing professional creators, public figures, agencies, production companies, or media partners.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, livestreaming platforms, and digital content ecosystems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Experience analysing performance metrics and developing data-driven growth strategies.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Experience working within livestreaming, social media, digital entertainment, creator platforms, or media industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio while maintaining exceptional partner experience.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving creator monetisation and revenue growth.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in data interpretation and business performance analysis.
- Passion for the creator economy and a deep understanding of emerging trends in digital entertainment and professional content creation.
