đ» Role
Weâre looking for a Creator Marketing Manager to join the EU marketing team at Whatnot and help scale the creator engine behind our paid ads. Youâll source, sign, brief, and manage creators across Europe to produce high-performing short-form video content for paid social.
This role sits at the intersection of creator partnerships, performance marketing, and creative strategy. Youâll work with creators of all sizes, from small UGC-style creators to larger category-relevant influencers, and turn those relationships into a consistent pipeline of native, scrappy, high-performing ad creative.
Youâll work closely with Performance Marketers, Creative Producers, and Category Marketers. The goal is simple: find creators who can tell sharp, authentic stories about Whatnot, get great content live quickly, learn from the data, and keep improving the system.
You Will
- Build and manage a scalable EU creator roster for paid performance creative.
- Source and sign creators across priority markets and categories, from small UGC creators to larger influencers.
- Own creator outreach end-to-end, using email, DMs, talent platforms, referrals, and whatever channels get results.
- Negotiate creator deals across fees, usage rights, deliverables, and timelines.
- Brief creators clearly so they understand Whatnot, the audience, the category, the creative angle, and the performance goal.
- Partner with Performance Marketers, Creative Producers, and Category Marketers to understand whatâs working, then turn those learnings into better briefs, stronger sourcing, and faster iteration.
- Build the operating system for EU creator creative: tracking pipelines, rights, rates, performance learnings, and repeatable workflows.

Iâm in my final year doing Economics and I donât know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer â it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donât need a masters. Letâs look at the ones youâd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet â that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

đ You
Youâre a creator marketer with strong taste in internet-native short-form content and a clear eye for what makes creator-led ads work. You know how to find the right creators, understand what makes their content credible, and turn that instinct into content that can perform in paid channels.
Youâre part talent scout, part dealmaker, part operator. Youâre comfortable working across creator sizes, from small UGC creators who can produce at volume to larger influencers who need more hand-holding but can bring stronger reach or category credibility. You care about performance, not vanity metrics. You want to know what caught attention, what converted, what we should repeat, and what we should cut.
About
People who do well at Whatnot tend to be comfortable figuring things out as they go, biased toward action, and genuinely curious about what they're building. They care more about outcomes than credit and stay close to the product and the people using it. As our next creator marketing manager, you should have 3+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, UGC, or performance creative, plus:
- Proven experience sourcing, signing, and managing creators end-to-end
- Experience briefing creators to self-produce content with performance in mind
- Commercial instincts across creator fees, usage rights, deliverables, timelines, and renewals
- Strong organisation and follow-through. You can run a high-volume creator pipeline without letting details slip
- A test-and-learn mindset. Youâre comfortable reading creative performance data and using it to decide what to repeat, cut, or try next
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building the playbook while executing every week.
- Fluent English plus fluent German
